Artist/Owner, Everything Is Art (EIA),

Tracey Davis Massey is an artist, educator, pastry chef, and dedicated community leader who believes creativity has the power to inspire, heal, and bring people together. As the founder of Everything Is Art (EIA), she creates engaging artistic experiences that encourage self-expression, cultural appreciation, and lifelong learning for people of all ages.

With more than six years of experience as a nanny and caregiver, Tracey has devoted her career to serving children, families, and the community. She is an Art Instructor with Lit New Haven, works as an Official Checker of Registered Voters, and is pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts at Gateway Community College, where she is expanding her passion for baking and pastry arts.

Tracey is an active member of the G-Chop Club and volunteers with United Way, LEAP, after-school enrichment programs, and the annual LEAP Reads initiative. As a Director of Global Roots Community Foundation, Inc., she helps develop programs that strengthen families, empower youth, celebrate culture, and build stronger communities through education, creativity, and service. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to making a meaningful and lasting impact through compassion, leadership, and the arts.

Dr. Colette Poole Boykin is a psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health. She attended Montclair State University on a full scholarship and earned a B.S in Molecular Biology in 2006. She then earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 2015 on a full scholarship from the United States Air Force.

Following her graduation, Dr. Poole-Boykin completed a Residency in Adult Psychiatry while serving her country as a Medical Officer at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She then completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center, finishing in 2020. Upon completion of her fellowship, she became an Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine where she served as the Mental Health Medical Director of the Juvenile Justice Program in Connecticut. She now serves as the Principal Psychiatrist for the Connecticut Department of Corrections.

In addition to her clinical practice, she has contributed to public discussions on mental health topics, including authoring articles for ABC News and appearing on Good Morning America. Despite her busy schedule she continues to be a member of the ABC News Medical Unit. 

She has also participated in events focused on postpartum wellness for Black mothers, highlighting her commitment to addressing mental health disparities.

Her professional journey reflects a dedication to serving diverse populations and advancing mental health care for children and adolescents.

Dr. Poole Boykin is also a mother of 2 spirited teens and a business owner. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her church, reading, and traveling.

Dale R. Holder is a nonprofit executive, grant strategist, and organizational development consultant with more than two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations transform ambitious ideas into measurable community impact. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles with nonprofit organizations across New Haven, Bridgeport, and Stamford, building high-performing development programs, securing significant public and private investments, and fostering strategic partnerships that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for underserved populations.

Recognizing the growing need for experienced fundraising and capacity-building support, Dale founded DRH Nonprofit Consulting in 2017. Since then, he has partnered with nonprofit executives, boards of directors, and community leaders to develop funding strategies, strengthen governance, build organizational capacity, and position organizations for long-term sustainability. His expertise spans federal, state, foundation, and corporate grant development, strategic planning, capital initiatives, affordable housing, youth and family services, economic empowerment, and organizational growth. His work has helped organizations secure millions of dollars in competitive funding to expand programs, improve services, and create lasting community impact.

As a member of the Board of Directors of Global Roots Community Foundation, Dale is honored to support the Foundation's mission of empowering children, families, and underserved communities through education, economic opportunity, housing initiatives, arts enrichment, and community development. He is committed to providing strategic leadership, sound governance, and resource development expertise that will help advance innovative programs, strengthen partnerships, and create sustainable opportunities that improve lives and build stronger communities.
